Our residents and their visitors enjoy top-notch facilities. Our community center has been expanded, with a large commercial kitchen for gatherings and events. The centerpiece of our community, it was designed and built by an award-winning team of architects and builders. In addition to the kitchen, the community center has a fitness room, complete with weights, cardio equipment, and television. It also has a comfortable card/game room, a large borrowing library, and two computers with high-speed Internet access.

Our pool has been completely rebuilt, and features a spa and a handicapped lift. Our new outdoor ramada is a wonderful place to enjoy a glass of wine and the views of the city lights, or have a barbecue and learn to play petanque, the French version of bocce.

Park West is pet-friendly!

We understand that pets are an important part of your family. Studies show that there are significant physiological and emotional benefits to be gained from the bond with pets, and we agree. To accommodate your fury and feathery friends, we allow residents up to two pets per household.

For dog walkers, public trails surround the perimeter of the community. For those who prefer their animals to have a wild side, the desert delights with visiting birds, bobcats, javelinas, and other fascinating desert creatures.
