About Park West > Residents

Family-owned for four decades, Park West is proud to be pet-friendly, and making friends here is easy. Outings, events, games, and activities are planned and organized by our residents and by the park management.

Park West is a vibrant, age 55 and older community. At least one resident per household must be 55 or older, and all residents must be at least 45. Our residents are friendly and social folks with diverse interests and experiences.

Our community has a well-deserved reputation among senior communities as being a great place to live, primarily because of the wonderful people who live here. Both residents and visitors describe Park West as a very special place. People come here to visit and fall in love with the community. It’s no wonder that many of our residents are family members or friends of current or previous residents.

Are you a snowbird? Years ago, winter visitors made up a large part of our community. Today, as senior singles and couples discover the lovely weather, lower cost of living, and great lifestyle of Southern Arizona, our year-round population is increasing.
